It's possible I once had an album from this band in my hands. It must have been about 15 years ago I saw a CD from a band called Happy The Man in the folk-rock department of a Dutch store. Never saw it again. By the way, I loke folk-rock now and then, but not this type of party-folk. Mmm, they might play the notes right, but I can't enjoy this very much. It's much too difficult for them and the keyboard-sounds are terrible. I guess they've practiced this over and over again, which explains the cry of relieve at the end and of course it's very brave to even try. Not the very best version that I have heard he, but I doo think the drummer does a pretty good job holding it together. And they are for sure brave to play it even though they aint the best musicians, but still fun to hear. And in the end a proof that HTM's music lives. Maybe they should try a simpler song next time  |
