Recently I bought the new album from David Hines, called Inner Duality. Hines makes fresh, somewhat funky progressive jazz-rock, in the vein of the old '70's bands like Return To Forever and Bruford. On keyboards the bass-player has Steve Hunt, known for his work for Allan Holdsworth (the latter played on two tracks on Hines' debut). Anyway, when I heard the last track, Leaf, the keyboard-pattern reminded me very much of HTM. A bit the same as Alan Pasqua's San Michele, performed by Pasqua/Holdsworth/Haslip/Wackerman. The CDBaby-site has a short sample, but that gives a good picture of what I mean. I'm sure somewhere there's more on the internet.
