Can anyone tell me where Crafty Hands was recorded?, and, while I'm at it, does anyone know the original release date? All I can ever find is '1978'. I'd like to have the full date, actually even just the month would be fine.
And last but not least, awesome album from an awesome band! |

Welcome and great first post. My LP has the following info: "Productions at Chateau Recordsers, North Hollywood." The One Way-CD version doesn't give much more information, but maybe the MUSEA-release does, especially because Aymeric Leroy did write the liner-note. As you can guess, I've got the One Way-version of Crafty Hands (plus the inferior first Japanese version from '88), my favourite HTM-album. Maybe others can tell more. |

Thanks for the response. My copy is on cassette, with no liner or anything so I don't have any of this info. I have all my music in a database where I can record lyrics, studio info etc. etc. etc. so I like to have this stuff.

.......well Ron Riddle was recruited after Mike Beck left in early 1978 and only basically stayed for the recording ........ Coco Roussel joined in June 1978 ....... so i guess that would put the recording sometime between Feb 1978 and May 1978. Can't see anything on the cd notes that are any more specific.
