Synphonic has a "new" rarities albums in stock: HAPPY THE MAN - GEMS AND GERMS 1973-1976 (DEMOS, OUTTAKES AND RARE LIVE TRACKS) (JAPANESE TACHIKA MINI LP SLEEVE) $20
I guess it's a kind of Beginnings mixed with some bootleg-recordings and I'm very sure HTM has nothing to do with it. Tachika is said to be a Japanese label, but I've never found any proof for that. I've got a couple of their releases (mostly albums that were never released on CD and some even never on LP), and although the quality isn't too bad, the copyrights never go to the bands involved. I even had contact with Kenso, from which an out of print double-CD was offered and they tried to figure out who released it, because it wasn't done with their approval. Still, interesting to see some interest in HTM again
